Refunds and Exchange
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied just return your unworn/unused item(s) along with your receipt within 28 days to any of our official outlets or to our Mail Order department (the address is below) for an exchange or refund via your original payment method. If purchased as part of a combination offer, all items must be returned. DVDs, CDs, video games, underwear, swimwear, pierced jewellery and items specifically manufactured to your order can only be refunded or exchanged if the item returned is deemed to be faulty. Once a name, number or league patch has been printed on a shirt we will not offer a refund or exchange unless the shirt is faulty. The same applies if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number during his time at the club. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

We would advise that you send the goods by special delivery; West Bromwich Albion cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are faulty. Postal charges for the return of exchanges are charged as shown in the help section along with the delivery guidelines; every effort is made to ensure that product prices, description and carriage charges outlined are correct.
Cancellation of order
You may cancel your order for goods at any time up to the 7th working day after you receive the goods, unless your goods have been personalised in any way. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling your order. Once you have notified West Bromwich Albion that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited from your credit card will be recredited when we receive the goods into our Returns department, and, in any event, within 30 days of the cancellation, provided you return the goods in the original condition, West Bromwich Albion will make any other refunds to payment card.
