Welcome to West Bromwich Albion online club shop. We have a wide range of products for you to buy, all of which are official club merchandise, and available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our aim is to make sure that ordering items from West Bromwich Albion F.C is as easy as possible

Click on 'Add To Basket' button
Proceed to Checkout page once all items are chosen 
Enter all relevant details
Enter payment details
Review order
Click on confirm order button
Your order is now received and will be processed; you will receive email confirmation within the hour


Once you've browsed our club shop and decided which items you want to buy, you can choose from a range of credit and debit card payment options to suit you.

We accept Visa, Delta, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, Visa Electron and Solo.

The Club’s staff endeavour to deal with all customers and supporters in a professional, courteous, prompt and efficient manner.  Everyone will be regarded equally irrespective of their race, colour, nationality, religion, sexual orientation, disability, marital or family status, age or ethnic origin.

The Club has internal systems in place, through Staff Contracts and Policies and Procedures, to ensure the above is adhered to.

To ensure that any complaint is dealt with promptly and efficiently, the Club prefers all

Complaints to be made in writing by letter and the Club will respond by letter. In the first instance customers and supporters should contact the office or department relevant to their query or complaint. A response should then be received by the customer or supporter within fourteen days. If a complaint has not been dealt with speedily and efficiently by the office or department concerned, the customer or supporter should then write to The Chairman.

The Club reserves the right to change replica kits on a seasonal basis.  This is subject to contractual obligations resulting from a new club or equipment sponsor.

Details of the next intended date for changes of kit are available from the Club shop.

The Club abides by the regulations of the appropriate football bodies to prevent price fixing in relation to the sale of replica kit.

 The Club offers refunds on merchandise it sells in accordance with its legal obligations.
